刘云圻

    基本简介

    刘云圻,物理化学家,1949年2月生于江苏省靖江市,中国科学院化学研究所研究员,2015年12月当选为中国科学院院士,2018年月当选发展中国家科学院院士。1975年南京大学化学系毕业后分配到中科院化学所工作至今。其中,1985年至1988年在日本理化学研究所进修;1991年于日本东京工业大学获博士学位;1997年至1998年在美国东北大学进行访问研究;2000年3月至6月美国俄亥俄州立大学和华盛顿大学访问教授;2004年1月至3月,日本京都大学客员教授。先后受聘为清华大学化学系、武汉大学化学系、华中科技大学化学系、东北师范大学兼职教授、和华东理工大学名誉教授。刘云圻研究员主要从事分子材料的设计、合成,包括π-共轭小分子、高分子和石墨烯;以及这些材料在光电子器件中的应用,包括场效应晶体管和分子器件。总结发展了高性能分子材料的设计思想,提出了性能调控的新方法,发现扩展π体系是实现高迁移率的重要途径,合成了具有优异光电性能的新型π共轭分子材料。首次提出了液态铜催化剂生长石墨烯的概念,获得了高质量单晶石墨烯;制备了第一个氮掺杂的石墨烯,实现了对石墨烯电学性能的调控;开拓了在介电层上直接生长石墨烯的新方法。揭示了界面对器件性能的影响规律,开发了新的溶液法加工技术,实现了器件的多功能化,扩展了分子器件的应用范围。发表SCI论文600余篇,他人引用3万余次,h因子大于90,获授权中国发明专利70项,出版专著两部及17章节。2007年、2016年分别获国家自然科学二等奖各1项,2017获北京市科学技术一等奖。十次获中国科学院优秀导师奖等。2014年起连续入选汤森路透全球“高被引科学家”目录。曾为科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)重大科学前沿领域第四届专家咨询组副组长,现为中国材料研究学会功能分子材料与器件分会主任、中国化学会有机固体专业委员会副主任,和担任ACS Mater. Lett., Nanoscale, Flexible Printed Electronics等6种期刊的编委/顾问委员会成员。
