教师简介:

施丽芳,管理学博士,南京大学商学院工商管理系副教授,硕士研究生导师,美国加州大学伯克利分校哈斯商学院(Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley)富布赖特访问学者(2014-2015)。曾参加南京大学-约翰斯•霍普金斯大学中美文化研究中心联合证书项目,美国哈佛商学院(HBS,Harvard University)参与者为中心的教学方法师资培训项目。现为美国管理学学会会员,中国管理研究国际学会会员,国家自然科学基金委通讯评议专家,《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》等刊物的匿名审稿人。曾在《管理世界》、《中国工业经济》、《中国行政管理》、《南开管理评论》、《金融研究》、《经济管理》等一流及权威期刊上发表论文多篇,主持并参与国家自然科学基金项目多项。

1.The course teaching ideas and goals

1.This course is designed to equip the undergraduates with the preliminary knowledge of communications in managerial settings. (Learning Goal No.6)

2.The primary goals of this course are also to help students become more sensitive to intercultural communication differences, thereby to improve their intercultural business communication skills necessary in the global workplace with the knowledge and skills they learned from class. (Leaning Goal No.2)

3.Students will study and discuss communication theory and business cases in order to analyze and understand the strategic and managerial choices in communicating with others both within and outside the businesses. (Learning Goal No.3 and No.4)

4.Students will apply these strategies throughout the course in written, oral presentations and role play in various situations. (Learning No.4 and Goal No.5)

 

2.Teaching methods and means

This course aims to equip the undergraduates with the preliminary knowledge of communications in managerial settings. Students will study and discuss communication theory and business cases in order to analyze and understand the strategic and managerial choices in communicating with others both within and outside the businesses. Students will apply these strategies throughout the course in written, oral presentations and role play in various situations.

本课程涵盖了作为经理人必须面对的诸多沟通事项。从有效沟通原理、应用与技巧等角度阐述了如何设计一套行之有效的沟通战略等问题。主要内容包括:第一部分:有效管理沟通理念 第二部分: 沟通技能与应用  第三部分:跨文化管理沟通专题 共17个章节。

教学方式为课堂讲授(英文授课)、小组角色扮演与案例讨论相结合。每次课由讲课、团队项目和案例讨论共同构成,第三部分每次课除了课堂讲授外会有两个小组进行角色扮演,时间为每组15-20分钟。

本课程的考核形式有期末考试、学生课堂参与、小组讨论、角色扮演及课后作业, 其中期末考试占50%, 平时成绩占20%(包括课堂参与及考勤15% +个人课后作业5%),团队项目及角色扮演30%。团队项目与角色扮演以小组为单位完成,每组5-6人。各小组在角色扮演的PPT后附简短说明一份,表明小组成员在作业完成过程中各自所做的贡献。
