Currently, the lab has 33 faculty members with the different research fields in materials, physics, chemistry, and semiconductor electronics. Among them, there are 21 professors, including 1 Professor of Cheungkong Scholars Programme of Education Ministry, 4 Gainers of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 5 Gainers of Trans-Century Training Programme Foundation for the Talents by the State Education Commission, 8 associate professors, 8 research assistants, 2 post-doctoral researcher and several ten doctoral or master students. Most of them (~64%) are the young scientists aged below 45, 24 researchers have received the PhD degrees, and 14 researchers has taken advanced study and worked abroad.
